1. Not yet in effect
No payment provider is connected and no purchases can be made. This outline must be finalised before any payment is accepted.
2. Delivered goods
G-Coin credited to a game account is expected to be non-refundable once it has been spent or converted to AP in game.
3. Failed delivery
If a purchase is charged but not delivered, the order reference will be reconciled and the balance credited or refunded.
4. Chargebacks
Reversing a payment without first contacting support is expected to suspend the associated accounts pending review.

The approved refund contact and process will be published here alongside the payment provider.
