Where should I download the client?
Use only the official Downloads page or links posted by verified staff of this server.
Why does the game show maintenance?
Maintenance can mean preparation, a patch being applied, or a temporary service window. Check the latest news and official community notices.
Can I create an account now?
Yes. Register on the site, confirm the verification mail, and your game account is created with the same credentials. Sign-in, password changes and session revocation are all available from the control panel.
I already have a game account. Do I need a new one?
No. Register on the site with your existing game ID and its current game password, and a website account is activated for it.
What information should a support request include?
Include the issue, when it occurred, relevant screenshots, and your character name when safe. Never send your password or private recovery codes.
